This book constitutes revised selected papers from the 8th International Symposium on Algorithmic Aspects of Cloud Computing, ALGOCLOUD 2023, held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, on September 5, 2023. The 13 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 24 submissions.
